If the amal valve is in any way attached, try and disconnect the wires. If the boost drops a bit but remains steady then your amal valve or electrical connection to your amal valve is faulty.
In the other case, test the wastegate by hand. You shouldn't feel ANY resistance at all.
Where did you go for a setup here in the Netherlands and how much does this cost?

I completely replaced the amalvalve with the bleedvalve so can't be there.
I put this turbo on last month ( standard t3 ) and tried the wastegae before fitting and didn't feel any resistance at all when cold.
Maybe it's sticking when hot..
I went to a local tuner because i had to know if i could "use" my escort @ Landgraaf but as i said he couln't set it up all the way.
When he would it would cost about 240 €.
He's knows the ke-jet but i'm not convinced he knows all like in the UK..
