I have a receipt for my money, signed and dated with the traders address on it. I paid for it in one go with no trade in. And one thing, I've still got the service history file for the fucker tho! And i'm keeping that! Forgot to mention its had over 10k spent on it in 5 years as well.

To be honest I don't want the car back at all knowing its been in a crash, I just want my money back. I wouldn't mind a nice saff or maybe a 740i bmw for a bit of comfort.
