An accountant charges per year mate ,,mine costs me aprox £1000 a year , worth every penny because i wouldnt know how to sort it all out
you can save quite a lot of money tho if you do your own books and just get them to check them and do any changes required
I do 75% but my fella sort everything for me and sorts what i owe etc etc
Tax is calculated on turnover and proffit and loss ,
