does anyone have the 1.18th escort cos repsol wrc?

i want to know what the condition is meant to be like.just got one off flea bay in a suposed a1 condition and the rims look shit,really rough round the edge.what look like crazed paint.didnt know if it was meant to be.

besides that one wiper is missing,a rear wheel is loose the aerial is broken and theres a bit of blue tac floating around in the box all this and i havent even taken it out yet

want to know before i return it for my cash back and hunt for another!
