i think millers do a 10-60 semi which is expensive but should do the trick.. looking at the spec itgs very similar...

Millers is usually pretty good oil, so it should be okay I guess. Make sure the specs are the same though
I have only ever used Castrol, so cannot comment otherwise.
The E39 M5 drinks oil at the best of time. Rumour has it that if you use the wrong oil with that car the oil consumption goes through the roof (which I can believe). I dont think the M3 has the same curse!
