Default cooling mt75 viscous coupling

Last year i experienced problems with the viscous coupling during trackdays, as it overheated and less and less power went to the front wheels, which resulted in me having to drive without wheelspin for a lap to let it all cool down.

since next car will have almost twice the power i need to cool down the vc.
so i bought a tilton electric oilpump and i have some oil radiators lying about.

But the most obvious way to install this is to take the hot oil from the drain plug run it through the pump and radiator and back in the filler hole.
But the most efficient way would be to let the cool oil rain down on the vc.
Now there is a black pipe right above the vc which i dont understand the purpose of but i do recon i could put it to some use.

Has anyone done this and can explain how they did it?
