Cams pointers, face inwards towards each other and along the join between the head and cam cover.
Dizzy/jackshaft, dizzy rotor arm must have the scribe mark on dizzy body dead central in the rotor arms "sight".
Don't worry if jackshaft mark does not line up as it is the rotor arm that is important, and it may not have been timed correctly before, but it does not amke any difference so long as rotor arm is in line.
Crank pulley is timed up on the LUG, NOT the notch!!
Lug must be in line with the pointer sticking out, the lug to use is the nearest lug to the marks on the pulley.
When setting tension push the belt towards the tensioner to take up the slack, whilst you turn the tensioner to suit.
