With fibreglass panels you have to be very carefull with how they are braced. Dave from PF had loads of problems with his bonnet lifting when the car was in motion due to the flex in the bonnet skin.
To be honest it's more hassle than it's worth unless you've already made the rest of the car as light as you can
the thing is i've modified my bumpers like smoothed them so they are full of fibreglass and filler so i could save weight on the bumpers by making fibreglass ones, and i'd use bonnet pins on the bonnet
