ok there was a post on here a little while ago bout wiring a mono amp to subs now i have a jbl 2 channel momo amp 2 ohm running two 12"500W poineer subs which are DVC and 4 ohm only just found this out!been fitted for 2 years
now i had it wired at follows
amp set up is
+ - + -
1 2 3 4
i had one sub wired to 1 and 2 and the other sub wired to 3 and 4 which i have just found out is mega wrong and over workin my amp?correct??
so click on the first link this set up surely can not be no good due to it giving 4 ohms to the amp when mine is a 2 ohm amp

so click on the second link and look at the pic where its says parallel connections using dual voice coil subs that one gives a 1 ohm rating so this is the way i need to do the wiring???
