your 50 notes you couldnt get through ect so you left it at that so they ended up with an actuator at some point i take it? so they wouldve been 50 out of pocket
Er, don't see your point mate. I did get through 5 times and spoke to someone other than Mark who said I would need to speak to him and he was out/unavailable and he never rang me back. However, maybe I'm being unreasonable and maybe they are going to ring me soon - its only been 5 months! The only one out of pocket thus far is me.
