I think the problem is the boost hose at the top, with the bonnet up i revved it and it about squashes together!! Possible because iv fitted the intercooler and its trying to put more boost through now than normal, so iv orderd a set of silicone boost hoses, which arrive on saturday so hopefully this will sort the problem.

Its a airtech cooler, was going to get grs but the one i was bidding on got took off ebay, and could afford a new one cus iv just had to pay a £165 fine
