just bought a 2nd hand set as my rev counter was underreading and when i fitted it the rev counter seemed about right although it was very erratic but after a while it got a bit better and now is pretty much ok. Could this be down to maybe if they hadn't been used for a while that the rev counter (which i believe works on sort of a spring) could stick a bit and eventually free up and be fine, anyone any ideas?
