Big Al She doesnt eat regularly she eats odds and sods at wierd times, cos of her jobe she doesnt stabalise it, which I guess is bad for it as well? She eats alot of fruit, but she does also eat processed foods, but your Missus found the wieght watchers plan helped?

Dojj The only thing that is worrying about that is that it takes longer for her to digest things anyway so would that be an issue or would it be ok as it is not fatty?
