well i think he rob you mate if you paid him to put it right.
if a crimped connection fails when its in pertol you would think a spade connect wouldnt stand a chance but thats what ford fit and they dont fail due to petrol.

maybe the crimp used wasnt crimped right or it was some cheap nasty crimp???

it shouldn't of failed, so a bit of a strange one there
