Went to see Interpol at the Carling Academy in Birmingham last night, the band were really good, first time i've seen them, but its got to be the shittest venue i've ever been too!

I can never understand why they dont have sloping floors on the standing part so everyone can see, no matter where you're standing.

Unless you were about 7' tall you couldnt see a fucking thing!
