i live in central london with a deli and lots and lots of resturants on my street and im 5 mins walk from finsbury park station

its a ex authroity property 2 bedroom flat with quite large rooms worth 200k already and the houses on my street are all worth over 1 million quid or 200k each converted 1 bedroom flat

doubt it will go up much in value,,,,, though i would like to add junction you see where the pub is i learnt to go sideways on that corner,,,,,,,,,,, ALOT until i done it and the old bill was about to raid a flat there and i had to carry on sharpish and part up quick time
