had same probem. I now have a degree in KE lol.

What u need to do, is unscrw the pipes, and then the three torx that hold the metering head to the main assembly. U will also have to take off the fuel inlet, returns, and cold start. Once undone, lift it off - it can be stiff as there is an o ring underneath to stop crap getting in - dont damage it. Once off, u will see the 3mm or so long plunger. It is prob stuck. Spray some WD on it, work it in an d out - and it should be able to move under gravity. Then screw all back together.

Also, get someone to depress the metering flap when the engine is cranked to make sure the slits are exposed.
