all the race cars ( and it matters not who built them ) are not rs500"s , the rs500 road car was built and ALL race cars were then rebuilt to the 500 spec
the same way you can have 200 metro 6r4's made yet there are some out there with chassis nuimer 240+

But there are 500 chassis numbers that are rs500 , and it doesnt matter whos pocket you lined you cant make extra chassis numbers
unless you cloned them
