The OFAC ecu is actually the better ecu from what I've managed to deduce. The boost limit only becomes an issue for OFAC when going for boost higher than 2.5 bar (and this is only a problem because most tuners don't know how to alter the OFAC code to suit a higher reading map sensor).
It's not easy to get it over 1 bar of boost that's why most only go to 15psi
