troble is there just not the capacity for improvements. The 2.0l focus engine was improved from the 130 bhp to make the 170 bhp and thats about as far as it can be taken without serious flow working and high rev limits.

WIth forced induction (turbos etc) you can always increase the amount that is forced and there for upping the power. Not so easy on a N/A engine
