it was just the box that was delivered to the place and the question that was asked of them was why was the wheel speeds different on the dyna pack, can you investigate why and put right
i havent paid the 3 k cost nor wouldnt, when i questioned the 3 k price and told them to just fix the wheel speed problem i was in formed that it was the vc was causing the wheel speed problem,
my point to him afterwards was, " you asked for 280 quid labour to strip and rebuild the gearbox but all you have done is repair the vc, he says he crack tested all the parts inside it when i told him i didnt want to spend 3k on new layshafts, new gears etc
so in essence, 280 to strip and rebuild using new parts for labour or 280 for fixing the vc and looking inside which he wasnt asked to do,
incidently the vc cost an extra 280 to fix outside of the 280 being charged for labour in terms of replacing all the internals of the box
