Have you fixed this yet mate? I had the exact same problem on my s2 after I fitted Wilwood 4 pots, pedal goes to the floor and then the brakes kinda work.
Have you got load apportioning valves on the back end and is yours a s2?
If you aint sorted it let me know and I will explain wot i did.
