just pick a nice pub for a sunday afternoon when most people will be available and meet up in a beer garden in a pub that does cheap nice food.

best thing is imo not to arrange it for every month. just have it on a whenever everyone fancies meetin up. that way you'll get a good turn out cos not many were interested in a monthly meet most of the time
