Hoping someone might be able to help or advise.

My cousin sister has a one year old Focus TDCi Sport (115)

It has an intermittent issue - Where the engine sounds like it's pinking....

It's been to Ford's twice - But everytime, they can't find nothing wrong.

Has anybody here experienced something like this?
