To be completely honest fuel pumps tend to fail more due to age more than anything else, other than that they can be let down & not perform as well thanks to old crap wiring.

Not 100% sure on what cossie pumps run out at but I believe its recommended that when you go stage 3 330bhp you upgrade to an 044 pump, and then you double up on the 044s when over the 500bhp mark.

I'm sure other people in the know will confirm or put me right on this!!
