A lot of the ropey birds you see dont deserve any money, and a lot of em dont get paid, they someones mrs or similar trying to get spotted. They fail to realise they never been spotted before as they ugly

Decent ones usually get paid about 125-150 a day plus expenses, inc hotel if it a bit of a mission or more than a 1day thing.

Im sure others get a lot less, as most are far from decent

Bit of a minefield what you get though, if you cant pick em out personally, id never pay anything, and trouble is it seems most these companies just get told they will get fit birds, and then some ropey heffer turns up.
