Does it have to be turbo? Why not get a 2 litre zetec and carbs? Get some headwork done to the zetec and spend the money on the engine instead of the conversion if you get me...that way the engine is still worth money and you havent spend 500 quid getting the tanks, loom etc... all modded.

You will need an ignition ecu for the zetec to run it on carbs but a simple mappable ignition ecu wouldnt set you back too far.

And for the record I think your car looks ... making it bark like a dog with some carbs would just make it stay different to the pack...
