food and/or water before you go to bed defo helps loads, but if you can do that without fail every time you clearly not that drunk anyhow.
thats the trouble, not doing that before i go to sleep.
not sure if certain drinks do it for me more than others as always drink lot of everything.
usually pretty hangin the next day, but rarely spend less than 60quid a night, and usually 100+
gotta say, but adding drugs to the mix means im almost totally un-hungover the next day, but ive quit all but alcohol for now so thats not helping me.
