Hi

I am new to the board and looking for some information, myself and a friend of mine are completely rebuilding a mk4 escort cabriolet, its is his car not mine but I am helping him out.

We are among other things intending to put in a cosworth engine, has anyone carried this out and are there any how-to's on this, or is it something which is above the average engine transplant?

I cnt see us having a problem with fitting the engine in and doing some custom work to get it all running, but info on common problems with that would be great, we have more been concerned with what gearbox we will be able to run, driveshafts etc, im not clued up on fords so this is why I have come here.

If I have posted in an in correct part of the site could a mod move this for me please, I have been having trouble with the site, I dont know if I have joined at a time when its having problems or if its just me, but it keeps giving me errors at the moment so having trouble looking for this info.
