Default Cooling Fan Advice required

I'm having some cooling issues as discovered after going on track at FF, on track is fine temp sat at just under 90 degrees during the session but as soon as i got off it shot up to over 100 before i managed to switch the motor off

i'm currently using a pacet 14" pusher fan (i realise a puller would be more efficient but due to space restrictions a pusher is the only option)

i'm thinking of trying a Pacet heavy duty 16" pusher which will just fit on the rad, what i'm wondering is would 2 smaller fans be better? i think i would only be able to fit 2 10" fans though... looking at the CFM figures the 16" flows more 2354CFM compared to 2 x 10" fans at 2180CFM... is it as simple as that? what about surface area etc? whos good at this science stuff LOL or anyone got any practical experience?
