slacken off the 2 nuts where the exhaust fixes onto the downpipe

roughly in line with or just in front of the rear wheels there should be the first major bend from the downpipe ( I'm guessing this is where its scraping ? )

lift that up so its fairly close to the floor of the car and re-tighten the 2 nuts back up
