Another of my mates a lad called Pete young very into them has recently had a massive heart attack 37 years old
And onother one not so lucky died 18 months ago due to an enlarged heart,
Just felt ill went to bed and never got up,

I used to train with these lads and never took any of the gear
But how many of them could train now and what quality of life have they got

FPMSL...another typical 'believer' in the stories of gear giving you heart attacks when your 30 etc lol
im not saying gear is good for you, but it's probably less harmful than drinking.

The lad that died had an abnormaly enlarged heart
The lad pete thats had a heart attack does not smoke or drink
He was dedecated to body building and was doing a significant amount of steroids .
