I'm not to surprised the it pinks I don't think that you can advance the dizzy much more As JesseT says it looks as if the cam timing is out.
How did you establish the can timing when the pulley was fitted?
Do you know what the ign timing is at idle it should be about 12 digress bellow 900 rpm.
