Been pissing me off big time

One positive step I think they should take is making is making post offices for posting things! Instead of being a random que stricken place to sell insurance, sell phone lines, sell DVDs, do banking or claim benefits etc etc etc....
Tons of courier companies manage it, why can't the Royal Mail?!
