If it is safe to remove the material from the bracket then i'm up for doing that. When would be a good time for you?

I have to fit a spacer to the outside of the disk just to clear the outside edge of the caliper from the wheel, i can do all of the bolts up fully just not spin it freely. I bought the eibach 5mm spacer kit with longer hub bolts to combat theis.
