right i'v just got hold of one of these and i'm having problems firstly b4 i do any tests it sez "disconnect the white octane and idle adjust wires from earth.failure to do this will cause fault 53 and 54 to be falsely introduced ino the memory".what r these wires they r on about ,secondly i don't under stand the fault codes in the book it's got part A and part B part A 53 and 54 is isoctane adjust 1 ground (oa1) and isoctane adjust 2 ground (oa2) but in part 2 they r (tps) voltage to high and air temp sensor voltage to low so witch one's do i go by part1 or part 2
the car is a xr3i 1990 efi
