you do really need to have a good look around, then ask them to show you the actual work in hours, as also from experiance the building trade seam to have their own set of working hours that they seam to want to charge you for, even when theyre not at your property. ive had all the lame excuses in the world. ive queriedinvoices and asked where they get the labour figure from, and been told " well i was at the merchants" - what aload of bollox, if your not at my property doing what im paying you to do that aint my problem.
