going through regs is a fortune ,as Lee says .
Know loads of people ,who dont bother with building regs and it costs half as much between 4-9k for a good traditional roof.
I did mine to just about regs standard 3 years ago and it cost me 4.5k the labour i did myself apart from the electrics ,thats 7m wide by 4.5 ish.
