He asked what sort of cost hes looking at. 20k upwards for a proper loft conversion. . . and i dont care what you have paid. So, if he gets his family to do it then hell do it cheaper. Better than saying go on mate get it done it will only cost you 5k...then he starts it and runs out of money quarter of the way through
Even if he has a traditional roof theres still lots involved its not much easier than doing a trussed roof
