yes but its the most vague price ive ever seen. you would have been better not saying anything until he tells you what type of roof hes got to begin with, then what type of conversion he wants.
bit like ringing the garage for a service on the car and asking whats the rough price and they say £450, you then tell them i only want the oil and filter changing
his conversion may be no where near 20k.
