if you got 5 wires from adding up the above you deffo need a sparky to do the job

No seriously:-
2 red=lives
black=grnd
yell/grn=earth

If you wire it up this way it'll work but its 50/50 as to weither the ramp will go up & down correctly...i.e you push up to go down. In this case swap the 2 lives over in the control box.

Is it a business? as if your dodgy wiring turns out to burn the place down at a later date you might not be covered by the insurance.
