thing is though, we've all been there, doing silly speeds wether it was on a quiet road or not...all it takes is a blow out or a bit of diesel on the road and you could plough into oncoming traffic and cause the same kind of accident.

ok, he was a bit of a tit for weaving in and out of cars like that, but it could easily have happened on a quiet road with a blow out etc causing a serious accident.
