My daughter was telling me of one local scumbag and refered to him allegedly having 20 ASBO points. I asked her to explain and she told me that its a gang thing where the more ASBO's they get, the higher up in teh higherarchy they are regarded.

Someone jail the fooking parents for dragging up such scum, although if the parents /carers /teachers were allowed to chastise them properly they may have reared different animals altogether.
