) or nout buying a 1 bedroom flat when i was 18 in sutton for 23k,,,, not that i didnt wanna buy it but it was my old man who conviced me to stay at home a little longer and enjoy life and then when im older worry about morgages
comming from a bloke who bought a 3 bedroom house 1/2 a mile from kings cross in 1988 for 11k now worth around 450k
Ginge, I did something similar. In 99 I was offered the flat I was renting (I was single in them days) for 35k. Bank said no bother for a mortgage etc....
Decided not to and spent the money on my RS fucking Turbo
3 years later the flat was worth 140k
And to make things worse, the RST was crap
