Default rasing idle on 4wd cossie

ok

is there anyway to raise the idel on a 4wd cossie by not adjusting the tickover screw as its seized solid and is round the centre

i know i have to raise my fuel pressure as its too low will this increae the tickover?

if nto any other ideas or is it a throttle off and having it drilled out and a new screw fitted
