Hi mate.

If your gunna do a 1800, then i'd never put forged pistons in one, not worth the money!

For a CHEAP 1.8 Zetec turbo ~ 220bhp, do this:

• Decompression Plate
• RST Exhaust Manifold Plate
• ERST Exh Man and T3
• FRST ECU and Loom, 701 Injectors and 195 chip. (PROPPERLY SET UP!).

Leave everything else head, cams, bores, pistons the same, its really not worth spending £££ on a 1.8 zetec. If you want 220bhp, do as I said above
