This show might be of some interest to you guys.

The Show is held in the grounds of the Grampian Transport Museum, Alford on Sunday 2 September

there will be the show cars, kids entertainment, cheerleaders, trade stands, raffle..
there is also a demonstration track for anyone who wants to use it (small additional fee-not sure how much yet) with prizes for fastest capri and non-capri

cost per car £5

the show is in asscociation with the "children 1st" charity
there is also a dance/curry buffet on the saturday night in a hotel in alford (£10)
