Hi Paul,
Interested to know your shift pattern working 4 day weeks including Sundays if you got a minute????

At the minute Sundays aren't included in the 4 day week for us at ATW,but it has been mentioned in the pay talks

Ours work out like this:
Week1=work mon,tues,wed,thurs.
off fri,sat.
Week2=off sun,mon,tues.
work wed,thurs,fri,sat.
Week3=off sun,work mon,tues.
off wed,thurs.
work fri,sat.

So every third week we get a long weekend,off fri,sat,sun,mon,tues

Kev - Sundays are every 3rd and you get rest day allocated elsewhere for it, so over the 22 week link it works out as 4 day week
