Set the ride height so that the rear is 10mm higher than the front. The ride height is set up by the front suspension TCAs, so make sure they are either parrallel with the ground or with the outer TCA joint being fractionally lower than the inner one. Set the rear height to this (+10mm).

suspension set up is too big a subject to sort out in one post , Mikes explained a few basics but be careful , if you set up a car by eye without first having corner weighted it you will be asking for trouble !
there are lots of books on the subject to help undersatnd basics but these are no replacement for getting a pro to do it for you . I hope that doesn't sound too patronising
