Thanks, mine was 0.192 Volts with the old TPS and 0.135 Volts with the new TPS at the same 40 Ohms adjustment. (i thought this was the correct base setting for the tps..). Now I have adjust it to 0.306 Volts.
Also tried 0.385 Volts (thats a base setting of 70 Ohms someone advised) but then the idle speed rised towards 2000 rpm!!
So I hope this 0.3 Volts setting also cures the problem that I had for having to adjust my CO to 8.5% to get it drive smootly off boost. Hopefully it can be turned down now to the required 3% for a smooth drive.
